1. Arkansas Adoption Association: This association works to educate and promote quality adoption services and to assure that the adoption process addresses the best interest of the adoption triad: the child, the birth parents and the adoptive parents.  ABBA Adoption proudly serves as membership on this association. 

 MATERNITY HOME

1. Hannah House: a residential living facility for pregnant women and teens ages 12 to 29.  Hannah House is an interdenominational Christian home located in Ft. Smith, AR.  ABBA Adoption provides ongoing adoption support to residents that feel adoption is the best plan for them and their baby.

CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTERS

Crisis Pregnancy Centers offer many services to women that find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy.  Currently there are 31 Crisis Pregnancy Centers in Arkansas to serve you in a time of need.  ABBA Adoption is here to help counsel you on if adoption is right for you and your child, but if you feel at first you want to reach out to someone that is not directly associated with our agency many of these centers are able to counsel with you and offer: 

• Free Pregnancy Test
• Ultrasound Referrals
• Mentoring
• Bible Studies
• Maternity Clothes
• Parenting Classes
• Abstinence Education
• Post Abortion Support and Counseling

OTHER RESOURCES

1. Simply Adorable Blankets:  Each blanket is the unique creation of an individual with a disability.  These adults have learned many skills while creating these beautiful blankets.  They participate in the selecting of fabrics and the purchasing of materials.  Through this they learn those difficult skills of money, budgeting and finances.  They show thier creativity in the design of their blankets, choosing the colors and patterns.  They practice math and fine motor skills while measuring, cutting and ironing.  the best part is that there is nothing like watching them experience the joy of seeing the final product that they alone created.  These blankets give them a way to be independent, productive members of the community.  ABBA Adoption proudly supports this organization by purchasing a blanket for each of our babies.
